Thomas A. Conroy, President

Thomas A. Conroy is President of the fund with over twenty years of managerial experience in commercial banking, management consulting, strategic development and general management. Tom's professional experience includes a range of executive roles with Olin Corporation, which he joined in 1992. Most recently he led the consumer products division of HTH - Water Chemicals after completing a two-year assignment as General Manager of Olin Australia LTD in Geelong, Victoria. Also while at Olin he served as Vice President, Business and New Product Commercialization; Vice President, Strategic Planning; Chairman, Winchester Business Team; and Director of Marketing. Before joining Olin, Tom was a Senior Consultant and CFO for Redding Consultants, Inc., where he led many assignments in a broad range of industries. Earlier, Tom's background included eight years in commercial banking in Connecticut. He is a graduate of Villanova University and attended Harvard Business School for Competition and Strategy.
